Genesis Industries (eGen) is now a provider of reliable pyrolysis machines. Our existing commercial machine is operationally tested, clean burning, and generates syngas and biochar. The machine has been designed for easy use and has a continuous feed system, and runs on a wide variety of waste biomass ranging from wood chips to poultry litter. The machine is also scalable, meaning we can build you a bigger machine from existing design. This technology is now available to private farmers, composters, urban and rural industries, community groups and conservation organizations, at a competitive price. Our primary goals are to help increase the financial base of individuals and communities while improving environmental practices. eGEN provides technical services that allow purchasers to fully develop the carbon capturing co-products that are made from biomass pyrolysis. This includes support for maximizing energy outputs (heat, bio-oils and syngas) as well as assistance in marketing of biomass charcoal. eGen works with clients to brand, embed and distribute biochar products in all forms of media utilizing a strategy that provides a complete synergy of business, entertainment and environment.

This real pyrolysis machine creates two primary products: Syngas and Biochar. The clean syngas can heat a boiler, or provide space heating or other industrial cogeneration requiring heat normally supplied with natural gas or propane. This syngas can also power a generator, creating electricity. In addition to providing clean energy, this pyrolysis machine has been designed to maximize the production of biochar. eGen is now distributing biochar on a limited basis with strategic partners to produce a variety of carbon capturing products and crops grown with Egen biochar. The next generation of this machine will be capable of producing alternative fuels such as hydrogen, ethanol, and biodiesel.

eGen's Carbon Capturing TM, soil amendment is a biological source of beneficial soil microorganisms, enriched substrates and foods inoculated into the biochar.

A secondary process converts spent biomass biochar a highly effective, nonpolluting, carbon capturing fertilizer. This fertilizer essentially creates an active growing environment similar to the agricultural process known as Terra Preta.

Biochar along with the biofuels created, are the machine's primary products, but by using technology and products as enhancements, ingredients, or as co-gen in manufacturing, the potential market applications are limitless.....
