Many of the principals involved in Savage Visual Effects are also key players in the development of Genesis Fuels, a cutting edge bio-mass to usable energy company; because of this the two companies corporate ideals flow seamlessly from one to the other. By creating a co-development work environment, Savage Visual Effects is an instrumental part of bringing this exciting new technology to the market place.

Company Profile:

Savage Visual Effects is boutique visual effects studio dedicated to delivering high quality visual effects on time and on budget.

Owners James Pastorius and Brice Liesveld have worked on a variety high concept, big production feature films that recently include The Cat in the Hat, Van Helsing, The Chronicles of Riddick, Team America, The Fantastic Four, Zodiac and Superman Returns.

Savage Visual Effects utilizes proven, local, Los Angeles talent. This allows Savage Visual Effects to access a wide variety of project flexible artists, all supervised under a field tested artistic and project management pipeline.

At Savage Visual Effects we focus on 2D and limited 3D solutions to quickly and effectively deliver final photo real or artistically stylized composites. Some of our specialties include wire and rig removal, blue and green screen comps, split screens, mussel flashes, 3D element compositing, digital cosmetic work, 2D interactive lighting, and a variety of digital optical effects. By focusing our field of view to 2D and limited 3D worlds we are able to optimize both our artistic and physical production pipeline to consistently provide high quality work with in the increasingly shorter post-production window.

One of Savage Visual Effects strongest assets is our ability to adjust our pipeline to fit the needs of any project. This flexibility allows us to smoothly integrate into any pre-existing workflow, regardless of circumstance. We are capable of everything from early pre-production VFX pipeline development to 911 emergency fix-it work discovered in the final hour.

This flexibility can also be extended out side of the traditional production-client relationship, allowing Savage Visual Effects to seamlessly and quickly share data, scripts, and elements with other vendors and departments, thereby increasing the entire productions' efficiency.
